West Kensington & Gibbs Green

A £2.5m public realm improvement programme across two Hammersmith & Fulham estates comprising around 800 homes. Informed by an estate-wide assessment and extensive resident engagement, the programme is improving landscape, play, biodiversity, accessibility and the quality of shared public spaces.

I led the programme through resident engagement, prioritisation, procurement, design development and commissioning, coordinating residents, elected Members, council services, developers and multidisciplinary design teams. A key priority has been the transformation of Ivatt Place Playground, alongside wider investment in sustainable drainage and new opportunities for sport and play.
